This senior role coordinates data asset risk activities for Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB). The role partners with data asset owners, risk advisors, business line stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure data assets are inventoried, risk-rated, governed, and monitored in line with enterprise data governance policy.

Although focused on data asset risk, the role may also execute data governance responsibilities including risk control execution and regulatory/audit support.

  • Partner with data asset owners to confirm ownership, usage, criticality, and control expectations for models, EUC tools, and reports.
  • Monitor data asset risk on an ongoing basis, tracking changes to the inventory, risk ratings, and remediation of identified data asset risks.
  • Coordinate data asset risk reporting for governance forums, working groups, and risk committees.

  • Maintain data asset records and required fields within the applicable inventory and governance systems of record.
