Role

Description:

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms who will benefit from our comprehensive solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a cutting edge, global, and legal software company. If you have a background in one of the following, we would love to speak with you.
* Experience in Global accounting
* Implementation or working experience with ERP systems
* Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative
* A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
* Experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle

Responsibilities:
* Leading the planning and implementation of the project
* Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Defining project tasks and resource requirements
* Developing project plans
* Assembling and coordinating project staff
* Managing project budget
* Managing project resource allocation
* Planning and scheduling project timelines
* Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools on a daily basis
* Providing direction and support to the project team
* Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
