IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will be based in Atlanta and will manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
• Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
• Oversee system security and data backup procedures
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans
• Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for hardware, software, and support services

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and data backup procedures
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1800 per month
