SRA Director, Nutrition Innovation

As the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) Nutrition Innovation Director you will lead and oversee the regulatory strategy for innovation within Hydration Sport Drinks Tea & Coffee . Your role is to identify opportunities in the market for hydration guiding the business towards viable claims and the integration of new ingredients to add a competitive edge and meet diverse consumer needs.

You will drive the regulatory perspective of the innovation pipeline for new beverages and develop solutions that adhere to consumer preferences within the hydration and sports performance spaces. By Collaborating with Cross functional partners and Operating Units (OUs) within the organization you will enable successful progression of the innovation pipeline.

You will be tasked with expanding competitive landscape analyses on a global scale identifying key regulatory opportunities and challenges analyzing claims and creating credible pathways for success in critical benefit areas. With your expertise in regulatory matters and nutrition science particularly in hydration you will support and drive the growth and sustainability of The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC’s) business portfolio.

Craft and execute a regulatory strategy that aligns with innovations in hydration sports drinks tea and coffee.

Collaborate with cross functional partners and OUs to identify regulatory hurdles and opportunities that impact the innovation pipeline.

Guide the business towards impactful health claims and the implementation of novel ingredients that meet regulations and consumer demand.

Expand and maintain competitive landscape analyses globally with a focus on regulatory insights.

Offer regulatory and nutrition expertise to support science‑based strategies for product health and nutrition particularly in hydration science.

Oversee research manage databases and conduct global reviews related to product innovation benefits and compliance.

Engage with global platforms to ensure our products' innovation benefits and protection align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Relevant d egree in Food Science Nutrition or related disciplines. PHD on Nutrition science is a must

More than 10 years of work experience in the food beverage or pharmaceutical industry s pecifically in:
Hydration and Nutrition science

A ble to and comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders across time zones

Demonstrates excellent c ommunication skills & coor dination capabilities to lead different projects

Proven experience in nutrition science and regulatory roles preferably with a focus on beverage innovation.

Deep understanding of hydration science health claims and functional ingredients.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and market trends.

Exceptional collaboration skills capable of working with cross‑functional teams and OUs.

Effective project management and strategic planning abilities.
