Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm with over 500 attorneys servicing clients in 40 offices and 22 states seeking an experienced Legal Technology Platform Administrator (Deep Judge). The Legal Technology Platform Administrator (Deep Judge) will serve as the firm’s primary resource for administration, user support, training, and adoption of the Deep Judge platform.
This role bridges legal users, Innovation, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, and vendor support to ensure the platform is configured, maintained, and used effectively.
This position is responsible for supporting platform access, troubleshooting user issues, documenting best practices, coordinating enhancements, and helping attorneys and business professionals apply Deep Judge to appropriate legal and business workflows. The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, comfortable learning AI-enabled legal technology, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. This individual should be able to translate user needs into practical support solutions while maintaining confidentiality, security awareness, and consistent documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary internal resource for Deep Judge platform administration, support, and user enablement
- Configure and maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, groups, and access controls in coordination with Information Technology and security requirements
- Triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve user support requests related to Deep Judge functionality, access, errors, and platform usage
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendor support or internal IT resources and track issues through resolution
- Maintain platform documentation, user guides, FAQs, support playbooks, and internal best practices
- Partner with attorneys, practice groups, business professionals, Knowledge Management, Innovation, and IT to identify practical Deep Judge use cases and workflow improvements
- Test new features, configuration changes, updates, and enhancements before broader deployment
- Support user onboarding, training sessions, office hours, and adoption communications
- Monitor usage trends, user feedback, recurring issues, and support activity to recommend improvements
- Assist with governance, responsible AI use, confidentiality, data security, and compliance considerations related to platform usage
- Coordinate with the Deep Judge vendor on technical questions, product updates, roadmap items, and issue resolution
- Support integrations or data connections involving approved firm systems, document repositories, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other legal technology tools as assigned
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders regarding support status, training needs, known issues, and recommended next steps
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Education, Experience &
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; degrees in Information Technology, Legal Studies, Business, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise software applications, legal technology, knowledge management systems, or technical support functions preferred
