In this role, you will use existing skills to apply comprehensive knowledge across key project tasks and high-impact assignments. That means owning the budget , schedule, and resourcing needed to keep a project on track, and staying ahead of risk as itemergesthroughout the project lifecycle.

You’llkeep the client informed along the way, working within Agile environments as needed.

You will provide project management across three major work streams:enterprise technology and data governance implementation, data policy branch data modernization, and data standards adoption.

You will help your clients enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in enterprise data management, engineering, and technology tooptimizeand share data as an asset.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience planning, initiating, and managing information technology ( IT ) projects
• 5+ years of experience leading, mentoring,and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
• Experience managing budget s, schedules, risks, and quality control for multi-workstream programs
• Experience with federal government contract s, including HHS or CDC
• Experience with stakeholder e nga gement and executive-level communication
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, and enterprise data management principles
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Health Informatics, or Public Administration
• PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with healthcare data standards and terminologies, including SNOMED CT, LOINC,RxNorm, ICD-9 / 10, HL7, and FHIR
• Experience supporting public health data exchange or CDC data modernization initiatives
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle ( EPLC ) frameworks and IT investment review processes
• Experience with cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of governance committee structures, including steering committees, governance, and technical review boards
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ITIL Certification
