IT Project Manager
The Senior Director of Technology within our Enterprise Service Operations and Delivery Technology organization will lead the development, execution and maintenance of enterprise-wide technology solutions to achieve ABM’s vision to establish an industry-leading Service O & Management organization (“SO&M”) that delivers next-generation facilities management capabilities while achieving operational excellence and ‘best-in-class’ service for our customers.
This position offers an opportunity to drive technological modernization and digital transformation across our enterprise Service Operations landscape while building a strong technical foundation for future growth and operational excellence.
The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across all ABM industry groups and service lines. It will serve as the Technology Lead on the SO&M Transformation program, an IT leader, and a representative on the IT Leadership Team. The role will report directly to the VP of Client and Workforce Technology and grow to lead a team of architects, business systems analysts, system administrators, and technologists.
Pay:$143,500 - $200,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You will also be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program.
