AI COE Communications Manager Contractor
Corpay is currently looking to hire an AI COE Communications Manager Contractor within our Corporate Payments division based in Atlanta, GA. This position falls under the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE), driving enterprise AI initiatives across all Corpay lines of business. In this role, the AI Program Management Director is responsible for driving execution across the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring AI initiatives, pilots, and strategic programs are delivered on time, aligned to business priorities, and governed through established AI COE processes.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the AI Center of Excellence, partnering closely with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and provide portfolio-level visibility into AI investments and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This role reports directly to the VP, AI Portfolio & Partnerships and will partner with different stakeholders across the business.
As an AI COE Communications Manager Contractor you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Communications Planning & Execution
- Owning and managing the AI COE Communications Plan and communications calendar.
- Partnering with AI COE leadership to identify communication priorities and upcoming initiatives.
- Reviewing the Communications Plan monthly and quarterly with AI COE leadership to assess progress, adjust priorities, and align with business objectives.
- Coordinating the execution of communications across multiple AI initiatives.
Content Development
- Creating and publish newsletters, SharePoint news, announcements, articles, presentations, FAQs, success stories, and AI use case spotlights.
- Translating technical AI concepts into clear, engaging content for business audiences.
- Ensuring messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with AI COE branding.
SharePoint & Digital Communications
- Managing and maintaining the AI COE SharePoint site.
- Publishing and organizing content, ensuring information remains current and easy to navigate.
- Coordinating updates with AI COE subject matter experts.
Event & Campaign Support
- Coordinating communications for AI webinars, office hours, training sessions, town halls, and other AI COE events.
- Developing invitations, promotional materials, reminder communications, and post-event summaries.
- Supporting awareness campaigns that promote AI tools, learning opportunities, and employee engagement.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Tracking communication metrics, including newsletter engagement, SharePoint usage, and event participation.
- Preparing regular reports for AI COE leadership.
- Collaborating with Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders to support AI COE initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience creating engaging communications for diverse audiences.
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- SharePoint Online
- Canva or similar design tools
- Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- Basic video editing tools (preferred)
- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
- Experience creating presentations and digital communications.
