Database Administrator, Systems Analyst
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Financial Application Systems Analyst in the Technology Department in either our Doral (Miami), FL or Atlanta (ACE), GA office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Position Summary:
The Financial System Analyst supports and maintains the Aderant Expert system and the server applications that integrate with the Aderant solution. This analyst will also develop and maintain ad-hoc queries, custom forms, bill formats, generic integrator settings, and custom reports.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, enhances, and develops Aderant reports and inquiry forms
- Develops SQL queries to pull data from the Aderant database
- Troubleshoots, modifies, and creates reports and their underlying stored procedures using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Provides data for ad hoc requests from the Accounting, Finance, Revenue Management, and other teams
- Provides support for ancillary systems that integrate with Aderant, including:
Intapp Time;
Intapp Open;
Intapp Walls;
Expert Image;
Concur; and Prebill Manager - Develops, supports, and maintains Docudraft bill formats
- Modifies forms using Aderant’s Screen Painter
- Maintains Aderant Service Framework modules
- High degree of familiarity with SQL, SSRS, and financial system database structure
- In-depth and broad understanding of supporting applications and databases
- Commitment to deadlines and willingness to meet the needs of a 24/7 environment
- Aderant Docudraft expertise a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional, collaborative team
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting and customizing financial systems
- Must have experience in working in a fast-paced law firm environment with diverse needs
- Significant experience with legal financial applications (Aderant strongly preferred but Elite acceptable)
- Preferred experience with Intapp products
- Understanding and experience with .NET development a plus
