User Acceptance Testing (UAT),teststrategydevelopment,businessanalysisactivities,andqualityassurancecoordinationacrossCAPSsystemsandrelatedenterpriseapplications.

Thispositionservesasasenior-levelqualityandbusinessanalysisresourceresponsibleforensuringsystems,data,integrations,reportingsolutions,andbusinessprocessesmeetbusinessrequirements,Federal/Statepolicystandards,andoperationalexpectations.

Thisrolebridgesthegapbetweenbusinessstakeholders,SMEs,Business System Owners (BSOs),developers,vendors,andtestingteamstoensuresuccessfulsolutiondeliveryandreleasereadiness.

Theidealcandidateisahighlyskilledandversatileprofessionalwithstrongexpertiseinmanualandautomatedtesting,teststrategydevelopment,regressionsuiteoptimization,defect management,businessprocessanalysis,andrequirementsmanagement.

  Requests(CRs) and Maintenance&Operations(M&O) initiativestosupportrequirementsgathering,solution validation,andtestingreadiness.
• Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholders,Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),Business System Owners (BSOs),vendors,technical teams,andprojectmanagerstoanalyze,document,refine,andvalidatebusinessandfunctionalrequirements.
• Serveasanindividualcontributorperformingboth Business Analystand User Acceptance Testing (UAT) responsibilitiesbasedonproject,operational,andorganizationalneeds.
• DevelopandmaintaincomprehensiveUATstrategies,testplans,testscenarios,andtestingapproachesalignedwithbusinessobjectives,operational priorities,regulatory requirements,andprojecttimelines.
• LeadandcoordinateUATactivitiesacrossassignedprojects,includingtestexecution,issuetracking,testevidencedocumentation,business validation,andreleasereadinesssupport.
• Collaboratewithprojectmanagers,testing teams,businessusers,andexternalpartnerstomanagetestingtimelines,dependencies,risks,deliverables,andimplementationofreadinessactivities.
• Facilitaterequirementsofwalkthroughs,knowledge-sharingsessions,andtestingreviewstoensureaclearunderstandingofbusinessexpectations,system functionality,andtestingobjectives.

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Computer
  
  Science,Information Systems,Business,Engineering,Mathematics,orrelatedfield;orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• Minimumoffive(5) yearsofexperiencein
  
  Quality
  
  Assurance(QA),User Acceptance Testing (UAT),and/or Business
  
  Analysisrolessupportingenterprisesystems.
• Minimumofthree(3) yearsofexperienceintestautomation,includingautomationstrategydevelopmentandtransitioningmanualtestingprocessesintoautomatedsolutions.
• Experienceinperformingdataqualityvalidation,datareconciliation,andtestingacrossenterpriseapplications,interfaces,andreportingsolutions.
• Hands-onexperiencewithQAandtestmanagementtoolssuchas
  
  Jira,Azure Dev Ops ,Smartsheet,orsimilarplatforms.
• Hands-onexperiencewithautomationtoolssuchas
  
  Selenium,Playwright,Cypress,Test Complete,Power Automate,UFT,orsimilartechnologies.
• Experienceworkingwith Microsoftreportingandanalyticstoolsincluding Power BIand/orMicrosoft
  
  Fabric.
• Provenabilitytoworkindependentlyasasenior-levelindividualcontributorwhileeffectivelycollaboratingwithbusinessusers,internal teams,external partners,andvendorsinacross-functional environment.
