Reporting Developer

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr Requirement/Must Have: 8+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development. Hands-on experience developing enterprise dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Experience with data modeling, data transformation, data visualization, and dashboard design principles. Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, dimensional data, and reporting concepts. Experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies. Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical reporting solutions. Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements. Translate business requirements and KPIs into effective reporting solutions and visualizations. Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple data sources. Integrate reporting solutions with databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.

Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Troubleshoot dashboard performance, data quality, refresh failures, and reporting issues. Optimize dashboards and datasets for performance, scalability, and usability. Establish and follow standards for dashboard design, naming conventions, documentation, security, and deployment.
