Senior Release Train Engineer

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains delivering complex telecommunications and media platforms. You'll facilitate PI planning, synchronize cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous delivery across software, data, and cloud services. Partner closely with product, architecture, and engineering leaders to optimize flow, remove impediments, and improve Agile maturity. Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediment removal to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with product management, architecture, and engineering to optimize flow and value delivery.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices to improve maturity and performance.
• Analyze and report ART metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Align release plans with stakeholder expectations across Cox Automotive brands and functions.
