Senior AI​/Data Scientist

Cargill seeks a Senior AI Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics across its global manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that optimize production, quality, and supply chain performance. You will work with large industrial datasets, partner closely with engineers and plant leaders, and translate complex insights into practical actions. Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to optimize manufacturing processes and yield for Cargill facilities
• Analyze large, complex industrial and supply chain datasets to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design, validate, and maintain predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for production, quality, and maintenance
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, and product teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Build scalable data pipelines and model monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability and performance in production
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership
• Champion best practices in statistics, MLOps, and responsible AI within the analytics community at Cargill
