Senior Platform Engineer

Cargill is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale resilient cloud-native platforms supporting our global food and agriculture ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead the implementation of Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code to deliver secure, observable, and highly available services. Partnering with IT & Digital Solutions teams, you'll drive automation, reliability, and performance across complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale secure, cloud-native platforms for Cargill's digital solutions.
• Implement and maintain Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Partner with product and security teams to ensure reliability, compliance, and safety.
• Improve observability, incident response, and platform performance.
• Mentor engineers and champion platform engineering best practices.
• Contribute to innovation that advances global food security and sustainability.
