Palo Alto Networks Engineer Job Atlanta area,Georgia USA,IT/Tech

2+ years of work experience (in the IT market or related sectors);
Language proficiency:
Georgian – fluent;
English – B1 level or above;
Russian – fluent;
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network topology;
Understanding of cybersecurity product principles and the technical problems they solve;
Experience working with information security hardware from the following vendors:
Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper;
Experience with the following technologies: NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, Cloud Security;
Certification in engineering courses from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS, or Azure is a plus;
Experience in administration, testing, configuration, or support for products such as Next-Generation Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, and Cloud Security;
Experience working for a systems integrator, distributor, or large enterprise client;
Willingness to commit to long-term cooperation with the company.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and interaction with the vendor's technical support team;
Driving sales growth through technical expertise, skilled project support, and professional first-line support for Palo Alto Networks customers;
Communicating with engineering teams from Palo Alto Networks, partners, customers, and MUK teams;
Studying relevant materials and knowledge bases to provide expert technical support for customer and partner cases regarding Palo Alto Networks products, in compliance with SLAs and KPIs;
Obtaining Palo Alto Networks certification as a Support Engineer;
Set up and use lab environments to test Palo Alto Networks hardware and software, as well as to work through technical troubleshooting scenarios;
Assist partners and customers with the installation, configuration, and updating of Palo Alto Networks information security systems;
Locate all necessary documentation regarding Palo Alto Networks products (questionnaires, RFPs, battle cards, EULAs, topology diagrams, comparison charts, etc.).
