Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Partner Communications Specialist! This role reports to the Partner Communications Manager within the Global Client Services (GCS) organization. The Partner Communications Specialist creates, maintains and distributes assigned GCS communications, employee engagement content, technical documentation and knowledge resources using established plans, templates, standards and approval processes. The role produces high-quality content, maintains operational documentation, supports employee engagement activities and coordinates assigned deliverables that strengthen employee awareness, connection and operational effectiveness across GCS.
The Specialist also coordinates standard individual employee travel and assists with meeting and event logistics using approved company processes.
- Communications and Content Development
- Creates, edits and distributes assigned internal and external communications across approved channels using established templates, messaging standards and review processes.
- Creates newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, presentations, digital communications and introductory e-learning content for assigned initiatives and audiences using tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Articulate 360.
- Publishes and updates assigned content in the GCS Learning Academy, including team pages, role descriptions, curriculum links, announcements, job aids and employee resources.
- Translates business, operational and technical information into clear, audience-appropriate communications and documentation, with guidance available for complex or sensitive topics.
- Coordinates assigned communication timelines, reviews, approvals and deliverables within established project plans, escalating risks or delays to the appropriate project owner.
- Employee Engagement and Culture
- Supports established opportunities for employee connection, collaboration and participation across GCS.
- Supports and helps coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition efforts, awareness campaigns and organizational events, including activities such as Customer Service Week, team events and learning activities.
- Coordinates assigned activity details, communications, participant information, schedules, materials and follow-up actions under the direction of the Partner Communications Professional or Manager.
- Collects participation data and employee feedback using established measures and summarizes findings for the appropriate business or Employee Experience leader.
- Technical Documentation and Knowledge Resources
- Creates, maintains and updates assigned process documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, user guides, knowledge articles, training materials and communication resources using established templates and content standards.
- Maintains assigned communication calendars and content stored in the GCS Learning Academy, SharePoint and other approved repositories. Archives outdated materials, updates links and confirms that employees can access current information.
- Supports routine learning administration activities in SAP Success Factors Learning, such as confirming course information, validating curriculum links, checking employee-facing learning paths and escalating assignment or access issues.
- Gathers and verifies information from stakeholders and subject matter experts to support accurate, timely and audience-appropriate content.
- Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Collects routine data such as email engagement, event participation, SharePoint page activity, GCS Learning Academy usage, learning completion and employee feedback and prepares summaries using established reporting measures.
- Researches assigned content and information gaps, documents findings and recommends practical improvements within established standards.
- Maintains organized records, trackers and project documentation.
