Data Engineer/Lead Work site:
Atlanta, US (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months
• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, pipelines, One Lake)
• Lead development of data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines within Fabric
• Define and enforce data modeling standards (star/snowflake schemas) to support scalable Power BI reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, analytics-ready data solutions
• Drive performance optimization across data storage, pipelines, and reporting layers
• Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts; enforce architecture best practices
• Manage CI/CD, deployment strategies, and environment governance for Fabric and Power BI artifacts
• Provide thought leadership on modern data platform strategy (Fabric adoption, cloud modernization, enterprise BI roadmap)
