Scripps is seeking an End User Computing Technician II in Atlanta to ensure colleagues have reliable access to essential technology. You will support desktop, laptop, printers, scanners, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
In this hands-on role, you will respond to service desk tickets, install hardware and software, maintain systems, document activities, and collaborate with Technology teams to resolve complex issues. A strong customer service mindset is essential.
