Position

Summary

Rausch Advisory Services is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to support client engagements throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. This role is ideal for a hands-on cybersecurity professional with expertise in Cyber Ark, Log Rhythm File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), Active Directory administration, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and broader infrastructure security technologies.

The successful candidate will work directly with our clients to assess, implement, optimize, and support cybersecurity controls and security operations initiatives. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to operate independently within client environments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementations, administration, and optimization
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Log Rhythm File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) solutions
  • Assess and administer Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, account management, and security hardening
  • Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives, policy development, and monitoring activities
  • Evaluate and strengthen Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls and processes
  • Review, configure, and assess firewalls, routers, switches, and network security controls
  • Assist clients with cybersecurity assessments, remediation efforts, and security architecture reviews
  • Develop technical documentation, procedures, and security recommendations
  • Collaborate with client management, infrastructure teams, and security leadership
  • Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or information security experience
  • Hands-on experience with Cyber Ark
  • Experience supporting Log Rhythm FIM
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security administration
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and processes
  • Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools
  • Experience configuring or administering:
  • Firewalls
  • Routers
  • Switches
  • Network security appliances
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and security frameworks
  • Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra  (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, or M365 Security
  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives.
