IT Support Technician

We are a leading technology company in need of an IT Support Technician to join our team in Atlanta As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their computer systems and networks are functioning properly Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring new equipment and assisting with network maintenance The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for technology This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
• Install and configure new computer equipment including desktops laptops printers and servers
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Document all technical procedures for future reference
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Windows 10 8 7
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with networking concepts TCPIP DNS DHCP
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies as needed

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ Network+ or Microsoft Certified Professional MCP
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of Mac OS X operating system
