Technical AI Trainer

IG Labs is the AI Services and Products practice of Insight Global, built to help organizations close the gap between AI ambition and execution. We partner with enterprises to address the three critical components of successful AI adoption: talent, technology, and organizational readiness, enabling clients to make meaningful progress toward their AI goals.

As Labs continues to grow, we're looking for a Technical Trainer who can help develop the technical knowledge and skills our teams need to successfully deliver AI solutions for clients. Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts across IG Labs, you'll build onboarding programs, technical bootcamps, and role-based development tracks that accelerate employee readiness, capability, and impact.

• Design and build technical training programs for roles across IG Labs, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Technical Architects, and other AI-focused roles.
• Develop learning content, workshops, labs, simulations, and onboarding experiences.
• Deliver engaging technical training
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and create scalable learning solutions.
• Continuously evolve training content as AI technologies and business needs change.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals such as:
• Agentic AI
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• LLMs and transformers
• Observability and guardrails
• Embeddings and semantic search
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and helping others grow.
