Hi-Tech Solutions is seeking a Manager for their tech support group in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of first-line management experience and the ability to lead a team of 25-40 technicians. Candidates should have 5-10 years in Information Technology, preferably in a client-facing role, and IT Service Management / ITIL experience.
A college degree is preferred, and experience managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus. This position does not require decades of experience, making it accessible for those with a couple of years of leadership under their belt.
