IT Manager for Women's Empowerment Organization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our womens empowerment organization based in Atlanta As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organizations information technology systems and infrastructure

• Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department including budgeting resource allocation and project management
• Ensure the security and integrity of all organizational data and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with new technology advancements and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and productivity
• Train staff on the proper use of technology systems and tools

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure security protocols and data management
• Experience with cloud-based systems including Office 365
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary $1600 per month
