Junior Information Security Analyst

A reputable IT company in Atlanta is seeking a Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team As a member of our security team you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our companys systems and networks for any potential security threats

This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for English-speaking jobs without prior experience

• Monitor and analyze network traffic for any signs of potential security breaches
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Investigate any reported security incidents and provide recommendations for resolution
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber attacks including firewalls encryption and access controls
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends and technologies

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of network protocols and web application architecture
• Familiarity with common security tools such as intrusion detection systems vulnerability scanners etc
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
