IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency of systems
• Manage and maintain all hardware, software and network systems
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT equipment
• Plan and manage technology budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Lead a team of IT professionals providing mentorship, guidance and support
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or updates to current systems

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in information technology management
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments
• Proven leadership skills with previous experience managing a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
