JD - Technical Business Analyst / Data Analyst
MUST HAVE DATA WAREHOUSING experience
Role SummaryLead discovery and analysis activities across Workday, EDW, historical data, and reporting work streams. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to define scope, assess impacts, and produce implementation-ready assessment artifacts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering.
- Analyze Net Suite, ADP, Workday, EDW, Power BI, and SSRS landscapes.
- Perform source-to-target attribute mapping and gap analysis.
- Inventory and assess reports, datasets, and dependencies.
- Document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Identify migration impacts, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Produce assessment deliverables and support effort estimation.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Data Analysis & SQL
- Data Mapping & Data Warehousing
- Report Analysis (Power BI / SSRS)
- Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
- Documentation & Process Analysis
- Workday, HR, Finance, or ERP domain exposure preferred
- Ability to deliver the following artifacts (but not limited to):
- Requirements Catalog
- Source-to-Target Mapping Matrix
- Report Inventory & Rationalization Assessment
- Historical Data Assessment
- Gap Analysis & Recommendations
- Estimation Inputs for Implementation Planning
- 15+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, Reporting, or Data Migration programs.
