We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross‑functional enterprise programs across Data, Digital, Customer Platforms, Martech, and Business Systems
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio outcomes, delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution within a fast‑paced, multi‑vendor enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
- Translate strategic business priorities into structured program roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Own program scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure alignment across programs and work streams.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting cadence, escalation processes, and decision forums.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements.
- Identify, track, and resolve program risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Provide hands‑on leadership during critical delivery phases, escalations, and major milestones.
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs.
- Present clear, concise executive‑level status updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Business functions.
- Manage onshore/offshore teams and ensure consistent delivery standards and accountability.
- Manage third‑party vendors, system integrators, and external delivery partners.
- Hold vendors accountable for scope, timelines, quality, milestones, and contractual commitments.
- Drive coordination across complex multi‑vendor delivery environments.
- Establish standardized processes for status reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, demand intake, and change management.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, governance, and program management maturity.
- Track program performance, business impact, milestones, and value realization.
- 10 years of experience in Program Management, Senior Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Enterprise Delivery
. - Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
- Strong experience working in cross‑functional enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience owning program delivery, governance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
. - Experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
- Proven experience managing external vendors, system integrators, and delivery partners.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
