- Design, build, and implement enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems
- Apply automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure infrastructure availability and performance
- Manage infrastructure engineering projects and processes in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting infrastructure performance and reliability
- Support compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance
- Review and guide infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures
- Provide technical guidance to lower-level technical professionals
- Develop technical solutions through deep infrastructure systems analysis
- Lead infrastructure processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware
- VTAM/Network and IBM Mainframe knowledge
- VTAM / SNA (EE Configurations) / TCP/IP experience
- Encryption and certificate management experience
- Familiarity with network security protocols including IPSec, AT-TLS, and SSH
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools including Omegamon, Net Master, and Traces
- Experience with logical connectivity between applications and mainframe subsystems
- Knowledge of Coupling Facility support, High Availability, and Automation
- Familiarity with Parallel Sysplex (GDPS) and IBM System utilities
- Banking or financial services experience
- Ability to participate in on-call support and after-hours/weekend work
- English language fluency required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
