Job SummaryProvides access to materials that are critical to the teaching, learning, and research mission of the university. Responsible for the day-to-day processing of digital and physical material requests. Provides access and technical services support to GT library patrons, including cataloging, acquisitions, course reserves, and resource sharing. Individual responsibilities will vary. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, students, staff, unit management, vendors.

Provide a wide array of access and technical services for the Library. The duties to follow cover the key responsibilities for the department as a whole; individual responsibilities will vary.
Job Duty 2 -Process interlibrary lending and borrowing requests using advanced resource sharing techniques.
Job Duty 3 -Search and download articles from library online databases for document delivery. Maintain compliance with copyright regulations and licensing agreements.
Job Duty 4 -Answer questions/resolve issues from library patrons. Use a variety of library-specific software programs to process requests, switching between multiple systems.
Job Duty 5 -Participate in a variety of library projects and initiatives.
