Pearly is seeking an Implementation Specialist who owns the onboarding lifecycle for every new Pearly account, from kickoff to go-live, across SMB through Enterprise. You will configure the platform, train practice staff and providers, and ensure a well-documented handoff to the Account Management CSM.
You will lead structured kickoff calls, coordinate with Sales, Product, and CSM, and help build onboarding playbooks while tracking milestones in Hub Spot and Pylon.
