• As a pair, you will play a central role in establishing and growing our US team. Together, with the support of a third Log-hub colleague, your goal is to increase our USA team to approximately 10 employees over the next 2–4 years.
• You will jointly define customer requirements, create technical specifications, and implement end-to-end data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, KNIME, etc.).
• You will design bespoke solutions for large datasets – from requirement gathering to architecture to dashboard visualisation.
• You will collaborate to build simulation and what-if models for complex, data-driven supply chain and logistics decisions.
• You'll interface between business units, IT, and solution development, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer between yourselves and the wider client team.
• Facing challenges together, you will solve anything from strategic supply chain puzzles to automated route optimisation and network analysis – supporting, sparring, and celebrating as a team.

• We welcome ready-formed duos (colleagues, friends, or previous collaborators) or individuals who want to partner up for this adventure.
• Each of you holds a relevant degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar).
• You both have some experience in data engineering/analytics, gained via internships, graduate roles, or hands-on projects.
• You share a passion for data engineering, analytics, machine learning, AI, simulations, cloud platforms, and agile ways of working.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse or similar tools is beneficial.
• You are proactive communicators, excited to grow your expertise - together.
• You are legally authorised to work in the USA, no visa sponsorship is available.
