Job SummaryThe Laboratory Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including the execution of experiments, the maintenance of equipment, and the adherence to safety protocols. This position focuses on the technical aspects of laboratory management, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that research projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Sets performance goals, participates in evaluations, provides feedback, and informs compensation decisions.
Responsibilities- Job Duty 1 - Manage the daily operations of the laboratory by ensuring that experiments are conducted according to established protocols and timelines.
- Job Duty 2 - Collaborate with researchers to provide technical support and expertise in the design and execution of experimental procedures.
- Job Duty 3 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Job Duty 4 - Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Job Duty 5 - Conduct experiments and data analysis independently, ensuring that all findings are documented accurately and reported in a timely manner.
