Aderant is working to mature Dev Ops processes and automation for our suite of products to support the legal industry, andyouwill beleading the charge.

We support multiple applications on aglobal scalefor thousands of law firmsand are dedicated to being best in class with our offerings.

We are looking to improve uptime and reliability,reduce application delivery time,improve compliance againstindustrysecuritystandards,manage costs,make our teams’ lives easier through automation and AI usage. We are constantly evolving our strategy to minimize complexity and promote scalability, functionality, and user experience.

You will work with our global Dev Ops team tomakethis happen.

• Contributes to the architecture, solution design, implementation, and/or support of Aderant’s Cloud Products and Offerings
• Consultant and trusted advisor to Senior Management for cloud architecture and strategy
• Guidance and hands‑on contribution to maturing Dev Ops processes and automation
• Infrastructure deployment and automation with Terraform and Cloud Formation
• Expansionandadvancementofmulti-clusterKubernetesecosystem
• Improving CI/CD processes with automation, validation, and monitoring
• Cost management through architecture insight and operational oversight
• Ensure security posture meets SOC2 standards
• Maturingmonitoringstrategy,including alerting, and improved responsiveness
• Develop andmaintaindocumentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures
• Bring existing industry knowledge and best practices to implement and improve the Dev Ops posture at scale for the organization
• Improving Incident Response processesthroughhands‑on work and automation

• 5+years of experience in a Cloud/Dev Ops/Platform Engineeringrole
• Computer Science or Engineeringor equivalent experience
• Kubernetes skills, especially at scale(Certified Kubernetes Administratoror  Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certifications  a plus)
• Dev Ops and CI/CD tools experience (e.g. – Git Hub Actions , Azure Dev Ops, etc.)including deployments to Kubernetes clusters and VMs
• Expertise in AWSand Azure,especially compute, networking, storage, identity, and cost management
• Proficiency in Pythonor Go,and scripting languages (Power Shell, Bash)
• Hands on Observabilitytooling experience (Grafana,Datadog, Azure Monitor, etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Codetools(Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.)
• Experience with AI tools, suchas
