We are seeking a Dev Ops Technical Lead to support modernization efforts within a government-focused technology organization. The Dev Ops Technical Lead will lead CI/CD strategy, automation initiatives, and software delivery processes while providing mentorship and technical direction to a team of engineers.
Responsibilities of the Dev Ops Technical Lead- Lead the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications.
- Implement automation solutions that improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Establish Dev Ops best practices and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery processes.
- Mentor engineers and provide leadership on automation and release management initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across the software development lifecycle.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- 7+ years of Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Experience supporting cloud-based environments.
Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies. - Previous technical leadership experience preferred.
