- Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
- Create and manage Prism datasets, define schemas, data types, and relationships
- Design derived datasets by joining Prism data with native Workday data Build calculated fields, custom reports and composite reports
- Develop dashboards and analytics visualizations.
- Support report optimization and performance improvements.
- Assist business users with reporting requirements.
- Good Communication skill, Good Team player and understanding of client business
