As a Manager, you will serve as a critical leader responsible for client success, strategic delivery, and team development. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in Sage Intacct, proven consulting experience, and exceptional leadership ability to drive project excellence and contribute to the firm's growth.

This role focuses on translating complex client business requirements into effective, implementable Sage Intacct solutions.

• Execute Full Implementation Cycle: Directly manage and execute multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring successful implementation of the Sage Intacct. Own critical implementation steps, including collaborative client consultation, detailed requirements definition, comprehensive solution design, system configuration, unit and integration testing, end-user training, and data cleansing and migration.
• Drive Project Success
  :
  Utilize a prescriptive implementation methodology and templated project plans to consistently deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, maximizing customer satisfaction and solution adoption. Strong Project Management skills including monitoring project profitability, risks, identifying areas for change orders and reporting milestones.
• Apply Product Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of Sage Intacct, including advanced module functionality, and stay current with all new product features and enhancements.
• Coach and Mentor
  :
  Actively utilize and develop junior implementation resources by providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to build team expertise.
• Document and Standardize
  :
  Capture detailed customer business requirements and translate them into configurable software solutions and streamlined business management processes, utilizing best practices and visual process flowcharts for clarity.
• Client Communication & Support
  :
  Provide prompt, concise, and professional communication, serving as a high-quality service leader to align with customer goals. Act as an escalation point for critical project issues.
• Vertical Industry Knowledge: Apply in-depth vertical knowledge of industry terminology, operational processes, and business intricacies to tailor solutions effectively.
• System Integration: Guide clients through the Sage Intacct side of third-party integrations, advising on data flow, configuration needs, and best practices for ongoing use.
• Solution Architecture

  Proven broad ability in functional solutions architecture and design.

Customer Engagement
:
Expert-level skills in managing client engagements, fostering strong relationships.

Technical Delivery
:
Experience in solution design, system testing, managing integration/migration activities, and supporting user adoption, training, and go-live activities.

Data & Reporting
:
Proficiency in designing financial dashboards and reports.

Professional Excellence
:
Demonstrated skills in Sage Intacct, time and project management, Client facing meetings, and problem-solving. Helps team to meet utilization and project profitability goals.

Additional Systems Experience or Knowledge of Market Place Partners with one or more of these systems: , Expensify, Data Blend for system integrations, Ramp, Mineraltree, Sage Intacct Payroll powered by ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Martus Budgeting, Sage Intacct Fundraising powered by Donor Perfect, Salesforce, Know ledger/Addepar.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, performing implementations, working with teams. Some accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of all core Sage Intacct modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Order Entry, Cash Management).
