Serve as the primary point of contact for patron and lobby operations when the Patron & Event Services Coordinator is not present. This position will interact on a regular basis with:
Patrons, students, faculty, and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel:

• Job Duty 1 - Supervise staff ushers, student assistants, and volunteers in order to facilitate all public aspects of the event including the opening of event space, safe passage of attendees, the conduct and experience of the attendees, and the secure closing of the space at the conclusion of the event.
