• Full-stack infrastructure ownership: You will own internal IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management across the company. No narrow swim lanes here.

• Azure infrastructure: Administer, optimize, and manage cloud resources across the company's Azure environment, including networking, virtual machines, and storage.
• Systems administration: Manage Entra , Microsoft 365, and Intune across the organization. You are the person people come to when something needs to be configured, secured, or fixed.
• Endpoint management: Configure, deploy, and secure Windows endpoints (and some Mac) through Intune and related tooling.
• Automation and IaC: Write and maintain Power Shell scripts, Bicep templates, and ARM deployments to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Identity and access management: Own IAM policies across cloud and on-premises environments, including conditional access, MFA, and role-based access controls.
• Security and compliance: Maintain the company's compliance posture across HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST. Participate in audits, remediation, and documentation.
• Networking: Manage Azure networking components (VNETs, NSGs, DNS, Front Door, WAF) and troubleshoot connectivity issues across the environment.
• IT operations: Support onboarding/offboarding, procurement, and internal support escalation. You are part of a small team, and the scope is broad by design.

• You are a systems generalist with depth. You have 4+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering, primarily in Microsoft/Windows environments, and you are comfortable across cloud, endpoints, networking, and IT operations.
• You know Azure. You have hands-on Azure experience and can navigate the portal, manage resources, and troubleshoot. You do not need to be a senior cloud architect, but you can learn quickly and go deeper.
• You are self-directed. You thrive in small teams where you own problems end to end. You do not need layers of management or a large IT department behind you to get things done.
• You understand regulated environments. You have worked in or around HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar compliance frameworks and understand why policies exist.
• You are in or around Atlanta. You can work on-site three days per week without a cross-country relocation.
