We are seeking a Marketing Analytics & Data Science Manager with 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or media performance. This role combines marketing analytics, predictive modeling, dashboard development, and digital marketing optimization to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
. - Develop predictive models such as lead scoring, propensity, segmentation, and customer lifetime value (CLV) using Python or R.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and Linked In
. - Work with GA4
, SQL
, CRM data (Salesforce/Hub Spot), and cloud data platforms (
Snowflake, Big Query, Databricks
). - Partner with Data Engineering to support data pipelines, model deployment, and reporting.
- Present actionable insights to marketing and business teams.
Required Skills:
- 6–10+ years in Marketing Analytics or Data Science.
- Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Python or R for predictive modeling.
- Advanced SQL and GA4.
- Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Linked In analytics.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query, Databricks).
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot) preferred.
