- Develop and support industrial SCADA systems for CLX projects
- Support CLX's work at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
- Develop, implement, and provide ongoing support for Ignition-based systems
- Support additional SCADA platforms as needed
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, maintain, integrate, configure, commission, and support SCADA systems
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support servers and related computer/network hardware
- Work on-site in an active airport/industrial environment as project and customer needs require
- Maintain regular on-site visibility
- Communicate directly with customers to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and support project needs
- Perform occasional physical tasks involving installation or movement of servers, UPS units, and related equipment
- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying SCADA solutions using Ignition
- Ability to contribute in Ignition without extensive initial platform training
- Experience with Factory Talk and other industrial SCADA/HMI platforms strongly preferred
- Experience working with PLC-controlled industrial automation systems preferred
- Experience with servers, workstations, switches, routers, networking infrastructure, and industrial control system connectivity
- Virtualization experience preferred
- Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support servers and related computer/network hardware
- Comfort working both remotely and on-site in an active airport/industrial environment
- Availability to work varying schedules, including early shifts
- Ability to perform occasional physical tasks associated with installing or moving servers, UPS units, and related equipment
- Ability to maintain regular on-site visibility and communicate directly with customers
- Experience supporting industrial automation systems
- Airport/baggage handling experience preferred
- System emulation/FAT experience preferred
- TSA PGDS knowledge preferred
- Technical/project documentation experience preferred
Demonstrates expertise in developing, configuring, and supporting SCADA systems, particularly with Ignition and Factory Talk, while effectively communicating with customers in an active industrial environment. Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining servers and networking infrastructure to ensure seamless operation of industrial automation systems.
