Senior Solution Architect Data & AI Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect Data & AI to lead cloud-native Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solution architecture for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) clients. The role will drive consulting, solutioning, RFPs, PoCs, client presentations, and delivery leadership.

• 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Solution Architecture.

• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  , with experience across cloud data platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
  , including Apache Iceberg, dbt
  , and open-source data technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Medallion Architecture, Data Products, Data Governance, Quality, Metadata & Lineage
  .

• Experience designing batch, real-time, and big-data integration pipelines
  , data warehouses/lakes, BI/reporting, and analytics platforms.

• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across the data value chain.

• Strong BFSI consulting and transformation experience, preferably across Banking and Insurance.

• Experience with
  RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, solution workshops, PoCs, demos, and technical proposals
  .

• Knowledge of data modeling, Data Vault/Star Schema, APIs, streaming technologies such as Kafka
  , and modern Data Ops/MLOps practices.

• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  .

• Lead client consulting, discovery workshops, opportunity shaping, and solution architecture
  .

• Design end-to-end cloud-native Data & AI architectures from ingestion and integration through lakehouse/warehouse, analytics, AI/ML, and reporting.

• Lead BFSI data modernization and cloud migration programs.

• Develop and present technical proposals, RFP responses, reference architectures, PoCs, and demos
  .

• Partner with sales, delivery, cloud, and domain teams to shape winning solutions and ensure smooth handover to delivery.

• Define scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions.

• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, and compliance frameworks.

• Develop reusable Data & AI accelerators, architectures, and best practices
  .

• Mentor solution architects and technical teams while providing thought leadership on Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Ops/MLOps, AI, and GenAI
  .
