Enterprise Business Analyst

• Analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems
• May act as a team or project leader
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and support of HL7 standards
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, program, administrative, and development stakeholders to gather and document EHR business requirements
• Provide ongoing EHR support, manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data accuracy and security
• Resolve technical issues and enhance platform performance with developers and administrators
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups
• Provide end-user technical support and coordinate with vendor support teams
• Assist trainers with clinic staff training programs
• Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify EHR optimization opportunities
• Generate and analyze reports for clinical and administrative decision-making
• Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting and support for software and cloud platforms
• Communicate with internal and external customers to understand issues and provide timely solutions
• Compose detailed JIRA tickets for developers and administrators
• Ensure IT systems and data security in accordance with best practices and company policies
• Use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and documentation
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and two years in a related supervisory position, OR associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three years of related experience, two years of which in a related supervisory position, OR two years of experience at the lower-level IT Enterprise Busi Analyst 2 (ITP
  181) or equivalent position
• 3–5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR minimum of 2 years of experience working with Hospital IT or equally complex systems
• Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality support
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and supporting software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with issue-tracking software
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Availability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with networking, including installation, configuration, and management, is preferred
• Proficiency with JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management
• Understanding of IT security tools and protocols
