The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and provide services to support the effective operations of the organization's HR department.

Review and coordinate process of hiring requests from unit management.

Coordinate activities associated with employee on-boarding and orientation;
May assist with recruitment efforts and selection process.

Respond to inquiries regarding Institute and departmental HR policies and procedures; make referrals when appropriate.

Review and recommend revision to unit level HR processes as appropriate.
