Description

Leads OT/ICS security strategy and architecture, sets organizational standards, and directs advanced assessment and incident response for industrial environments.

• Define OT/ICS security strategy and architecture standards
• Lead advanced OT/ICS security assessments
• Direct OT-specific incident response and recovery planning
• Advise leadership on OT/IT convergence risk
• Mentor Mid/Junior OT engineers

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree (Master's a plus)
• Experience:
  
  7+ years in OT/ICS security engineering
• Certifications:
  
  GICSP (required), CISSP (preferred)
