ServiceNow Identity Governance Engineer

Seeking a Manager to lead and deliver Identity Governance solutions using platforms like Service Now Identity Governance and Veza. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing identity management systems, including access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.

• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Enhance clients’ identity visibility, entitlement management, and security posture using relevant technologies.
• Guide onboarding activities and ensure successful project outcomes.

• At least five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with a minimum of two years in Service Now or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing identity lifecycle management, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven leadership in managing technical work streams, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
