We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Service Now Support and Operations team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Service Now, a leading IT service management platform. The intern will assist in providing technical support, managing operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Service Now system.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the Service Now platform.

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with team members on new features and updates.

  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications
  • College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0

  • Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Foundational understanding Microsoft Office 365 software products

  • Foundational understanding of a software development language

  • Foundational understanding of cloud applications

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing priorities

  • Comfortable with relying upon judgement in carrying out responsibilities
