Senior Project Manager - Workday HCM
Location:
Atlanta GA General Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager will develop and manage an integrated plan for resolving complex benefits-related issues involving Workday configuration, employee and payroll data, inbound and outbound integrations, transaction processing, vendor systems, and business procedures. The Project Manager will coordinate work across DOAS, statewide ERP teams, functional and technical resources, payroll and finance teams, business analysts, and third-party benefit administrators.
The position will drive issues from identification and prioritization through root-cause analysis, corrective action, testing, production deployment, reconciliation, employee remediation, and verified closure. The Project Manager must be able to establish accountability across organizations, identify dependencies, obtain decisions, and escalate risks that could affect employee benefits, payroll deductions, contributions, vendor funding, or regulatory obligations.
