As an
Oracle B2B Functional Lead
, you will lead solution design and functional delivery for Oracle B2B (eB2B / B2B integration and order fulfillment use cases). This role owns
requirements gathering, Oracle Cloud functional configuration, testing support, and end-user enablement
, while coordinating closely with business, technical, and project stakeholders.

• Lead
  functional solution design
  for Oracle B2B capabilities, translating business needs into Oracle configurations and process flows.
• Conduct
  requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
  , documenting requirements and driving decisions with stakeholders.
• Own
  functional aspects of Oracle Cloud configuration
  , ensuring solutions align to process standards and business objectives.
• Support
  testing
  activities (e.g., functional test design/review, defect triage, validation of end-to-end scenarios).
• Enable users by creating and supporting
  training and change enablement
  , ensuring adoption of new/updated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, integration/technical teams, data, project management) to ensure delivery quality and alignment.
• Drive readiness for go-live by ensuring requirements, configurations, and functional documentation are complete and traceable.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

• Minimum8years of experience as a Functional Lead/Functional Consultant in Oracle implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud) including 4 years of experience with Oracle B2B Lead-to-Order or similar B2B integration and fulfillment processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• Familiarity with end-to-end order management and procurement/sales adjacent flows (as applicable).
• Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple work streams.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
