Job Role:
Telecom Assisted Sales Production Support / Application Support Specialist – AURA
Location:
Miami, FL / Atlanta, GA – Hybrid Onsite
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years in L2/L3 Application or Production Support
- Strong experience supporting Telecom Assisted Sales / AURA applications
- Expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, SLA & release support
- Strong REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Experience with Splunk/ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Cloud Watch or similar monitoring tools
- Good knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix, Kafka/MSK, CI/CD & Dev Ops
- Experience with Service Now/Jira and ITIL processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities:
- Own L2/L3 production support for AURA and Total Access applications
- Troubleshoot application, API, database, integration, and performance issues
- Monitor applications, logs, alerts, APIs, and batch jobs
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, DB, Network, and Business teams
- Support deployments, releases, rollback, and post-release validation
Prepare RCA, incident reports, runbooks, and operational documentation
