Position Overview
We are seeking a CADD Support Consultant to assist engineering staff with software troubleshooting, workspace maintenance, process documentation, and training. This role combines hands‑on technical support with CADD workflow optimization and automation.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day user support and software troubleshooting via Service Now.
- Maintain engineering software standards, best practices, and workflow documentation.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions on CADD software and work spaces.
- Test, implement, and evaluate new CADD tools and software releases.
- CADD Software Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with
Bentley Open Roads Designer
,
Open Bridge Modeler
,
Micro Station (V8i/SS2),
In Roads , and
CAiCE
. - Automation & Scripting: Strong knowledge of
Python (strongly preferred) or
Visual Basic (VBA). - Support & Deployment: 2+ years of experience in CADD testing, workspace configuration, and end‑user support.
- Process Documentation: 2+ years of experience documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and training guides.
- Domain Expertise: Transportation engineering background or public sector infrastructure experience is a major plus.
